Combat jujitsu is an evolving system incorporating the
following aspects of fighting technique:
Submissions-locks and chokes you might find in
japanese jujitsu, brazilian jujitsu, russian sambo or
catch wrestling. The emphasis in our training is on
applying submissions in real fighting conditions
rather than sport grappling.
Striking-elements of muay thai, boxing, jeet kune
do/wing chun, in addition to some unique concepts. The
emphasis is on close range striking with an eye
towards takedown defense.
Takedowns-modified wrestling and some judo. emphasis
on takedowns in a street fight
context, and combining takedowns with striking for
maximum effect.
Weapons-filipino stick and knife fighting elements in
addition to special forces close quarters fighting
tactics
knife tactics and defense
blunt impact weapon tactics and defense
small arms tactics and defense.
We integrate these physical skills with the
application of the psychology of violent encounters
and training methodology designed to simulate the
stress of combat in a safe environment.
Our goal is to
provide you with the best training experience
possible.
